Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons blue raspberry flavored syrup
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly with your hand and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Mix powdered sugar with the blue raspberry syrup for icing and drizzle or spread it over cooled cookies.
  10. Add sprinkles if desired!
