Description
Heavenly and crunchy Biscoff Rice Krispie Ice Cream Sandwiches combine Rice Krispies treats with rich Biscoff spread and your favorite ice cream.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- Ice cream of your choice
- Extra Biscoff spread for drizzling
Instructions
- Melt the butter and Biscoff spread over low heat until fully combined and smooth.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows until melted and well incorporated. Add the Rice Krispies, mixing until they are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish, pressing it evenly into the bottom. Allow to cool completely, about 10-15 minutes.
- Cut into squares. Scoop your choice of ice cream onto one of the squares, then top with another square to create a delicious sandwich.
- Drizzle extra Biscoff spread on top of each sandwich for added flavor and serve immediately!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Best enjoyed fresh.
