Description

Heavenly and crunchy Biscoff Rice Krispie Ice Cream Sandwiches combine Rice Krispies treats with rich Biscoff spread and your favorite ice cream.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • Ice cream of your choice
  • Extra Biscoff spread for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and Biscoff spread over low heat until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Stir in the mini marshmallows until melted and well incorporated. Add the Rice Krispies, mixing until they are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish, pressing it evenly into the bottom. Allow to cool completely, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Cut into squares. Scoop your choice of ice cream onto one of the squares, then top with another square to create a delicious sandwich.
  5. Drizzle extra Biscoff spread on top of each sandwich for added flavor and serve immediately!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Best enjoyed fresh.
