Description

A delightful blend of classic banana bread with the rich flavor of Biscoff cookies, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Crushed Biscoff cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until incorporated.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this to the wet banana mixture and stir gently until just blended.
  4. Swirl in the Biscoff cookie spread to create a marbled effect in the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the top with crushed Biscoff cookies.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool the loaf in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
