Description
A delightful blend of classic banana bread with the rich flavor of Biscoff cookies, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Crushed Biscoff cookies for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until incorporated.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this to the wet banana mixture and stir gently until just blended.
- Swirl in the Biscoff cookie spread to create a marbled effect in the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the top with crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the loaf in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
