Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the lined baking sheet.
- Scatter the mixed berries and granola on top and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Remove from the baking sheet, break into pieces, and enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks, layered with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
