Description

A delightful and refreshing treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, sweetened with honey or maple syrup, and topped with juicy mixed berries and crunchy granola.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Scatter the mixed berries and granola on top and freeze for at least 3 hours.
