Description

Delicious beef sliders that are easy to prepare, juicy, and packed with flavor, perfect for gatherings and quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Add cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking if desired.
  6. Assemble each patty on a slider bun with your favorite condiments and toppings.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze uncooked patties.
