- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 12 slider buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Add cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking if desired.
- Assemble each patty on a slider bun with your favorite condiments and toppings.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
