Description

A hearty and flavorful dish that combines beef, ham, eggs, and cheese for a satisfying breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups cubed bread (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cooked beef, diced ham, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir well. If using, fold in the cubed bread.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can be frozen for up to 2 months.
