- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced ham
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 cups cubed bread (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Add the cooked beef, diced ham, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir well. If using, fold in the cubed bread.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can be frozen for up to 2 months.
