- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic in a large skillet until the meat is fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Mix the cooked beef mixture with the diced potatoes, ranch dressing, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, pour the beef broth over if using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
