Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, and red onion.
