- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Mix in the baking soda and pinch of salt.
- Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, stirring until blended.
- Gently mix in the flour until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup two-thirds full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
- Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container.
