- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute. Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken, then add cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in balsamic vinegar for a few hours before cooking. Substitute fresh mozzarella with shredded mozzarella or feta if needed.
