- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan with melted butter or non-stick spray.
- Layer the bottom of the greased springform pan with sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream, vanilla, and orange blossom water.
- Fold the chopped nuts into the cheesecake mixture, pour over the phyllo, and fold the edges of the phyllo over the filling.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
- Drizzle honey over the top and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a crispier texture, brush each phyllo sheet well with butter. You can customize the nuts according to your preference.
