  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure your cookies bake evenly.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spacing them out to allow for spreading.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow cooling on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
