- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the cooked beef mixture, crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, and diced pickles in a large bowl. Stir to mix.
- Layer half of the frozen tater tots in a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish, then spread the beef mixture over the tater tots, and top with half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the remaining tater tots on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, bake the tater tots a bit longer if you like them extra crispy.
