- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine in a large bowl the ground pork, shrimp, green onions, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy with a side of steamed rice or vegetables!
Notes
These meatballs can be served in various ways—on top of rice, in lettuce wraps, or as part of a noodle salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
