Scale
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine in a large bowl the ground pork, shrimp, green onions, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
