Ingredients

  • 2 large apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, granulated sugar, and softened butter. Mix until resembling coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the apple layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes
