Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag of frozen pizza rolls (approximately 20–30 rolls)
  • Optional: Cooking oil spray (olive or avocado oil)
  • Optional: Dried oregano or garlic powder for seasoning
  • Your favorite dipping sauce (marinara, ranch, or garlic butter)

Instructions

  1. Set your air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Allow it to preheat for about 3 minutes. Preheating ensures that the rolls start crisping up the moment they hit the basket.
  2. Place the frozen pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not stack them too high, as the air needs to circulate around each roll to make them crispy. A little overlapping is fine, but a single layer is best.
  3. Cook the rolls at 380°F for 6 to 8 minutes. The exact time may vary depending on your air fryer model and how many rolls you are cooking at once.
  4. Halfway through the cooking time (around the 4-minute mark), remove the basket and give it a good shake. This helps the rolls cook evenly and prevents them from sticking to the bottom.
  5. Look for the rolls to be golden brown and slightly puffed up. If you like them extra crispy, you can add another 1 or 2 minutes. Be careful not to cook them too long, or the filling might start to burst out.
  6. Carefully remove the rolls from the air fryer. Let them sit for at least 2 minutes before eating. The filling inside is extremely hot and can cause burns if eaten immediately.
