Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 whole graham crackers (broken into halves)
  • 2 standard milk chocolate bars (broken into pieces to fit the crackers)
  • 4 ghost-shaped marshmallows (such as Peeps)
  • Optional: Edible black ink marker for extra facial details

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of your air fryer basket with a small piece of parchment paper. This prevents the marshmallows from sticking to the grates and makes cleanup much easier. Ensure the paper is weighed down so it doesn’t fly into the heating element.
  2. Place four graham cracker halves into the basket. Place a piece of milk chocolate on top of each cracker. If your chocolate bar is large, break it so it sits neatly in the center of the cracker without hanging over the edges.
  3. Slide the basket into the air fryer and cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 to 2 minutes. You want the chocolate to just begin to soften and become shiny, which acts as a “glue” for your ghost.
  4. Carefully place one ghost marshmallow on top of each chocolate-covered cracker. Press down very gently so the ghost stays upright and doesn’t topple over during the final cook.
  5. Cook for an additional 1 minute at 350°F (175°C). Keep a close eye on them through the window if possible. You want the marshmallows to puff up slightly and turn a very light golden brown on the edges while remaining soft and gooey inside.
  6. Carefully remove the s’mores from the air fryer using a spatula. Let them sit for about 1 minute to allow the chocolate to set slightly so the ghosts don’t slide off. Serve them while they are still warm and gooey.
