Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the sirloin pieces with minced garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Place the sirloin bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Add the zucchini slices in the last 4 minutes of cooking, then drizzle with melted garlic butter before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
