Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the sirloin pieces with minced garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Place the sirloin bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add the zucchini slices in the last 4 minutes of cooking, then drizzle with melted garlic butter before serving.
Notes
