- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or quinoa
- Sliced green onions and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the shrimp in the sauce until well coated, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve the shrimp over cooked rice or quinoa, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of Sriracha used. Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer.
