Crispy and crunchy Air-Fried Spicy Chickpeas tossed with spices make a perfect healthy snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the drained and rinsed chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove the chickpeas once they are golden and crispy, and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crunch.
