Description

A delightful no-bake treat that captures the essence of the holiday season with creamy white chocolate, sweet cranberries, crunchy almonds, and fluffy coconut.


Ingredients

  • 200g desiccated coconut
  • 150g dried cranberries
  • 100g slivered almonds
  • 250g white chocolate
  • 395g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine desiccated coconut, dried cranberries, and slivered almonds.
  3. In a saucepan, melt white chocolate over low heat, stirring continuously. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
