A delightful no-bake treat that captures the essence of the holiday season with creamy white chocolate, sweet cranberries, crunchy almonds, and fluffy coconut.

- 200g desiccated coconut
- 150g dried cranberries
- 100g slivered almonds
- 250g white chocolate
- 395g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine desiccated coconut, dried cranberries, and slivered almonds.
- In a saucepan, melt white chocolate over low heat, stirring continuously. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into squares and serve.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
