Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter and brown sugar, mixing until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
