Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter and brown sugar, mixing until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
