- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips with the butter over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Let it cool for a few minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, stir in the granulated sugar into the cooled chocolate mixture. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined. If desired, fold in chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an elevated treat. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
