- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or lemon juice as desired.
- If desired, fold in chopped herbs, transfer to a serving bowl, and enjoy!
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for better blending. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
