Description

A delightful, creamy spread that elevates any snack or appetizer occasion, pairing wonderfully with crunchy crackers and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or lemon juice as desired.
  4. If desired, fold in chopped herbs, transfer to a serving bowl, and enjoy!

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for better blending. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
