Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into chunks, ensuring you remove any seeds for a smoother texture.
- Blend the watermelon chunks until smooth. Taste the mixture and decide if you’d like to add sugar for sweetness and lime juice for a touch of tang.
- Pour the watermelon mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. When ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.
