Description

A refreshing slushie combining sweet watermelon, zesty lime, and fragrant mint, perfect for cooling down on hot days.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon, fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup if using.
  2. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and well incorporated.
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until reaching desired slushie consistency.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 24 hours.
