- 4 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon, fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup if using.
- Blend the mixture on high until smooth and well incorporated.
- Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until reaching desired slushie consistency.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 24 hours.
