Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine rolled oats and milk (or water) over medium heat. Stir gently to mix the oats evenly with the liquid.
- Add in pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, brown sugar (or maple syrup), and salt. Stir thoroughly.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and mixture is creamy.
- Serve warm in bowls topped with nuts, dried fruit, or whipped cream.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute plant-based milk. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
