Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes for even melting.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cubed Velveeta, diced tomatoes, and milk. Stir well.
  3. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Add garlic powder and onion powder, mixing until fully integrated. Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently, adding a splash of milk if necessary.
