Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant, around 2 minutes.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing thoroughly to ensure everything is well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing again to incorporate the flavors evenly.
  6. Cook for another few minutes, stirring gently to heat everything through without breaking up the rice.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use day-old rice for best results. Customize veggies according to your preference.
