Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, garlic, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in the creamy Alfredo sauce. Gently warm, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the noodles thoroughly in the sauce. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
