Description

Delightful cookies perfect for Valentine’s Day, combining crunchy Oreo and colorful M&M’s for a festive treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (slightly softened)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 & 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
  • 7 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped, regular stuffed, NOT DOUBLE STUFFED)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the M&M’s and chopped Oreo pieces. Scoop the dough into 10 evenly sized cookies.
  5. Place the cookie dough on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
