Description

A refreshing yogurt-based condiment from Greece, combining Greek yogurt, cucumber, and garlic for a delightful dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (white or red)

Instructions
