- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 can (12 ounces) tuna, drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas (optional)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions; drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, drained tuna, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, milk, and peas (if using). Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Notes
Feel free to add diced onions, bell peppers, or switch up the cheeses for additional flavors.
