Description

A vibrant and refreshing smoothie filled with the sweet flavors of ripe mango, pineapple, banana, and coconut milk, perfect for breakfast or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  2. In a blender, combine the orange juice, banana, frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and the spinach if using.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth. If desired, add a handful of ice and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish if desired.

Notes
