Description

A refreshing and delicious Triple Berry Slushy made with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, perfect for cooling down on a warm day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or fruit juice
  • 12 tablespoons honey or sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and ice, along with the coconut water or your choice of fruit juice.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and slushy texture.
  3. Taste the slushy and add honey or sweetener if desired; blend again briefly.
  4. Pour the slushy into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with fresh berries or a mint sprig.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh berries that are ripe or frozen berries for a thicker consistency.
