Description

A delightful twist on traditional pizza, these bite-sized Tortilla Pizza Rolls are perfect for parties, movie nights, or a quick treat.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over it.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and olives on top. Add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam side down on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  5. Lightly spray or brush the rolls with cooking spray or olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping!
