Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over it.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and olives on top. Add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam side down on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Lightly spray or brush the rolls with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping!
