Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and blend in the milk and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, then gently fold in the blueberries.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter, and cook pancakes until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
Notes
Use fresh blueberries for the best flavor. Adjust sugar based on sweetness of the blueberries.
