Description

A delightful side dish featuring the natural sweetness of corn combined with rich creaminess from butter and honey.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
  2. Add the corn to the skillet, using thawed corn if it’s frozen. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Stir in the honey and heavy cream, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the mixture is creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

Try adding a pinch of smoked paprika or cheese for variation. Fresh corn is recommended when in season.
