Ingredients

- 4 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add the corn to the skillet, using thawed corn if it’s frozen. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the honey and heavy cream, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the mixture is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
Try adding a pinch of smoked paprika or cheese for variation. Fresh corn is recommended when in season.
