- 1 cup Baja Blast soda (or a similar citrus-flavored soda)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Slowly add the Baja Blast soda into the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with whipped cream before serving and enjoy!
Notes
Use any citrus-flavored soda if Baja Blast is unavailable. For intense flavor, add citrus zest.
