			- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 3 large eggs
 - 1/4 cup lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the baking dish to form a crust.
 - Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla until combined.
 - Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and create swirls with a knife. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is just set. Allow cooling at room temperature.
 - Chill for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.
 
Notes
Best served chilled. Dust with powdered sugar or add a dollop of whipped cream for extra touch.
