- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot. In a separate bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together. Pour this sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
