Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Mix well to create a marinade.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the bowl, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
