Delightful sugar-free popsicles made with fresh strawberries and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or sugar substitute), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
These popsicles can be enjoyed as is or served with a dollop of additional Greek yogurt on the side.
