Description

Delightful sugar-free popsicles made with fresh strawberries and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or sugar substitute), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until solid.
  4. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

These popsicles can be enjoyed as is or served with a dollop of additional Greek yogurt on the side.
