Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the sugar-free Nutella, almond flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
