Delicious sugar-free fudgesicles, perfect for hot days or sweet cravings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup sweetener (like stevia or erythritol)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- To release the fudgesicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover fudgesicles in the freezer for up to a month. Experiment with different sweeteners or add-ins for personalized flavors.
