Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together the almond milk, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, cornstarch, and salt.
- Heat over medium heat while whisking constantly until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the pudding into serving bowls and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
Notes
