- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the sugar substitute, applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely before serving.
