  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk and strawberry puree.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle over the cooled cake.
