Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Gather your ingredients. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and hull them. Peel and chop the kiwis into small pieces.
  2. Mixing: In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, chopped kiwis, ice, and water. Add sugar if desired.
  3. Blending: Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Taste and add lime juice for zest if desired.
  4. Finishing: Pour the slushie into glasses and serve immediately for best texture.
