- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay the pre-made pie crust in a tart pan and pierce the bottom with a fork.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh thyme leaves together.
- Drizzle the honey and balsamic vinegar over the strawberry mixture, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine gently.
- Once the crust has cooled to room temperature, fill it with the strawberry mixture. Serve warm or chilled.
